Avenged Sevenfold have announced a 2008 tour which will see them play dates in Wolverhampton, Nottingham, Leeds, Newcastle and Glasgow, starting on 20th January 2008 at Wolves’ civic hall. The Californians have recently released their latest self-produced eponymous album. Tickets go on sale at 9:00AM on Friday 9th November (AKA "tomorrow" if you’re reading this today...).
Sticking with the heavy vibe, Linkin Park yesterday announced their plans for a UK tour – the "Shadow Of The Day" tour - which also sees the band over early next year, starting 24th January in Nottingham. The band also visit Sheffield, Manchester and London. Tickets available now.
Brighton-based indie quartet British Sea Power, whose Krankenhaus EP is out in a couple of weeks, will play a couple of January 2008 dates in Norwich and Portsmouth – tickets on sale at 9:00AM on Saturday 10th November.
