Madonna/ Parkour/ Freestyle Running

Don't know if any of you caught the "Jump Britain" show on Channel 4 in the wee small hours last night/ this morning, but it contained some pretty wild stuff by the founders of "Parkour" Sebastien Foucan/ David Belle and the UK offshoot "Urban Freeflow".
These guys climb/ jump/ vault/ spin/ run up/ over/ under/ around walls/ bollards/ railings/ buildings and any other inanimate objects. Their balance is simply amazing. With no wires/ safety nets, it was sometimes uncomfortable watching them perform - especially Sebastien's leap between the gap as the two halves of the Millenium Stadium's roof parted.
There's a lot of talk of Parkour or "Free Running" recently, and Sebastien has been rehearsing with Madonna to train/ perform on her "Confession" tour - not to mention appearing in the "Hung Up" video - see links to the right.
