Chris Ramsey extends his Feeling Lucky tour with more shows in 2013

After a busy summer taking his third solo stand-up show to Edinburgh, Chris Ramsey then kicked off his Feeling Lucky UK tour in October and, with no real surprise, has been playing to packed and sold-out houses ever since. In fact, the remainder of his autumn jaunt is almost sold out as well - hence some good news for fans of the star who, in his words, 'is all over TV' right now. The likeable comic is currently appearing in the BBC TV sitcom Hebburn with Vic Reeves amongst others, which is partly responsible for some of the interest in his live work.

Those extra 2013 shows include a stand-alone January show at the Bloomsbury Theatre in London and then a raft of shows in the spring including Stafford on the 27th March, the Swindon, Cambridge, Milton Keynes and lots more up and down the country before heading to Newcastle on 8th June for his biggest show to date. No pressure Chris.

We will have tickets for all 2013 shows from 9am on Friday 26th October, costing £15 (including the Bloomsbury date).

Young and talented, Chris Ramsey is something of a throwback to a time when stand-up comics did little more than tell funny stories and deliver side-splitting punchlines. Not for Chris the tiresome quirkiness of the 21st century rock star stand-up or the rat-a-tat-tat of one-liner after one-liner. No, Chris Ramsey is a storyteller whose Geordie accent, unassuming approach and raw talent has made him one of the most talked about comics of recent times.

He's done the telly circuit of 8 Out of 10 Cats, Argumental, Celebrity Juice (he's on this again very soon) and the shows of Al Murray and Russell Howard, but Chris Ramsey seems to generate almost as much excitement among the comedy fraternity as anywhere.
