The 10th anniversary of Donington's Download looks set to be quite a party after the organizers recently added another dozen or so bands to the weekend's roster in June.

Friday night's headliners The Prodigy will be supported by bassweight dubsteppers Chase and Status, Saturday's main-men Metallica will follow-up the 5th Donington appearance for Scottish power-rockers Biffy Clyro and Sunday night is all set for some serious riffage with Soundgarden debuting at Download as Black Sabbath's warm-up boys. Ticket prices remain at 2011 prices until 30th January inclusive (they will rise to new prices on the 31st) - £180 for 5 nights of camping, £170 for 3 nights or £145 for just the festival.

Other bands on the bill now include Tenacious D, Machine Head, You Me At Six, Trivium, Lamb of God, Devin Townsend Project and many more. More names will be added in due course.
