Embrace's Hat-Trick
Press Release

Embrace scored their third No. 1 album last week and celebrated by heading into the studio to record their World Cup song.
It's been the culmination of a remarkable week for Embrace. Last Sunday saw them enter the singles chart at No. 2 with Natures Law, swiftly followed by Monday's announcement that they'd be recording England's official World Cup song. Meanwhile This New Day, the follow up to 2004's double platinum selling chart topper Out Of Nothing, was fighting a close run battle to reach the No. 1 spot.
As Danny McNamara said yesterday "It's unbelievable that we've just had our third No. 1 album. After being together for almost ten years, it's been the same gang of lads since the start, me, Rik, Mike, Mickey and Steve. We've been through our ups and downs but today is definitely a day to celebrate".
Precise details of their World Cup song, aptly titled World At Your Feet, are currently under wraps. Following recording of the track Embrace head north for six sold out dates in Scotland prior to more sold out shows including a homecoming show at Halifax's Victoria Theatre and a London gig at Shepherds Bush Empire on April 18th.
