This year's Glastonbury headliners, legendary mod-rockers The Who have recently announced a series of stadium dates across the UK in May and June, including Sheffield, Swansea, Newcastle, Birmingham, Hull and Southampton.
Sticking with the legends theme, former Deep Purple and Rainbow guitarist Ritchie Blackmore has just annouced a number of dates in June for his rennaisance folk-rock band, featuring Candice Night on vocals. The show features Blackmore on domra and mandolin as well as the more familiar guitar. The dates are billed as fancy dress nights, so put on your rennaisance glad rags!
