
Lily Allen and Gnarls Barkley lead Brits 2007 nominations

The Brits nominations have now been announced, with Lily Allen up for the lion's share of the awards, being nominated in four categories (British Female Solo Artist, British Breakthrough Act, British Single and Best British album).
Last year's download faves Gnarls Barkley are nominated for three awards (International Breakthrough Act, International group and International album).
Amy Winehouse, Bob Dylan, Corinne Bailey Rae, James Morrison, Justin Timberlake, Muse, Scissor Sisters, Snow Patrol, The Killers and The Kooks are each up for two categories.
Corinne Bailey Rae, James Morrisson and Lily Allen compete for the British Single category.
The British live act nominations are Muse, George Michael, Guillemots, Kasabian and Robbie Williams (it's gotta be Muse hasn't it?).
The coveted Best British Album is between Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, Muse, Snow Patrol and Arctic Monkeys.
Soulful Ray Lamontagne is up against Orson, Gnarls Barkley, The Raconteurs and Wolfmother for International Breakthrough Act, with International album going to one of: Gnarls Barkley, Bob Dylan, Justin Timberlake, Scissor Sisters and The Killers.
