Black Sabbath - Ozzy Osbourne = Heaven and Hell

In an official statement on Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi's website (www.iommi.com), it has been announced that a band provionally called Heaven and Earth is being formed featuring former Black Sabbath members Tony Iommi (guitar),Geezer Butler (bass), Bill Ward (drums) and Ronnie James Dio - who stood-in for Ozzy at various time throughout Black Sabbath's career.
The band expect to be touring next year.
