Squeeze singer/ songwriter Chris Difford's new CD + UK tour

Former Squeeze singer/ songwriter Chris Difford will be playing an exclusive 'Acoustic/Electric' concert as part of his UK tour. Legendary ex-Squeeze front man and lyricist will play songs from his acclaimed solo album with his acoustic trio featuring Melvin Duffy on pedal steel guitar and the amazing Dorie Jackson on vocals. Plus a set of Squeeze 'greatest hits' with his new five piece electric band.
Along with new material, Chris will be playing Squeeze classics like "Cool for Cats", "Black Coffee" and "Up the Junction" at venues the length and breadth of the UK, including London, Dartford (Mick Jagger Centre), Glasgow (SECC), Manchester, Birmingham and Belfast.
Chris has recently released in August 2006, a new CD and DVD 'South East Side Story' on Luna Records, featuring acoustic versions of Squeeze songs including 'Up the Junction' and 'Cool for Cats'. The 'live' DVD was recorded at the Albany Empire, Deptford last December.
