Paris Hilton: Post ironic?

All of this Banksy, Paris Hilton stuff has got me thinking: How ironic is it that Banksy's Guerilla'd CDs are now highly sought after - much more so, and valued higher than the originals?

In a twist of fate, what if the Banksy "originals" themselves are copied - due to the collector status of the album? Where does the law stand on that one? Did Banksy have the foresight to stick a "Banksy original" - type hologram on each copy?

Maybe Banksy, irked by people profiteering from his prank (I'm pretty sure the capitalist vibe is not one he approves of) floods the market with more copies - lowering the rarity - and hence value of the originals?

It's hard to know how long these CDs will hold their value, but two/ three days after the event, there is a CD with a "buy it now" price of £675 on eBay, and one that has a £400 bid.
